Area of Designation: Little Heroes League

This year we are designating our net proceeds to the Little Heroes League at Rady Children's Hospital - San Diego. The program is an extension of the medical team and family unit. The coordinators fill a critical healthcare gap by streamlining care, communication and access to resources for patients and their families at no cost to the family. Nurses and social workers are dedicated exclusively to these families and serve as the point person to help organize care. They act as advocates for each medically complex baby, by coordinating multiple pediatric specialists and procedures.
